Job description
Position Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for all franchise sales activity. (follow up calls, Maintain and updates the contents of the sales database for all leads)
- Send follow up communications and promotional brochures to inquiring parties interested in franchising opportunities as needed.
- Designs and places franchise sales related advertising as needed.
- Ensures the franchise applicant’s packages are prepared and ready for review by the R.E./Development Committee in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining updated reports on departmental activities. Weekly Franchise Sales Report, other reports on an as needed basis.
- In a professional and service-oriented manner, communicates with coworkers and franchise partners by telephone, email, voicemail and in person. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Required to travel (occasionally) to follow up leads generated by sales database.
- Provide franchise information to interested parties.
- Recruit individuals & companies that have an interest in a franchise.
- Present good fit candidates for approval to join the franchise system.
- Close by obtaining a signed franchise agreement & paid fee.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years of sales or franchise development experience.
- B.S. degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal driven to get things done.
- A fun and energetic personality.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- This position may require some travel across North America.
