Job Description

In the Finance Clerk position, you will assist with recording and monitoring the finances of our growing company and maintaining accounts payable.

As a Finance Clerk, you will record credit card and checking account transactions each month and reconcile checking and credit card accounts. You will process and approve monthly expense reports and assist in month-end close entries and monthly revenue bookings.

In this position, you will prepare Excel templates for credit card, vehicle loan payments, marketing transactions, and merchant fees for single and intercompany journal entry imports into NetSuite. You will also verify expense report accuracy and mentor managers across the company on best practices.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to help record and monitor the finances of our growing company.

This is an in-office position, and you will be working in our Orem, UT building.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel (required).
  • You must complete and pass an MS Excel test.
• Excellent communication and math skills (required).
• Worked in or studied finance or accounting (preferred).
  • Experience with bookkeeping (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.
  • The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks is important to your success.
