The Position: Responsible for the implementation, facilitation, delivery, maintenance and supervision of Great Dane’s Aftermarket training programs in order to improve organizational and employee effectiveness for program related stakeholders, dealers and customers while ensuring alignment with Great Danes Vision and Values.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support, supervise and maintain the Great Dane’s ACT program across internal and external stakeholders including improvements and new deployments.
- Maintain and support Great Dane’s CASE accreditation.
- Identify and scope out training initiatives, objectives, requirements and expected outcomes, and participate in the development of aftermarket training solutions.
- Ensure appropriate standards and adherence to CASE criteria as required throughout program and training lifecycles.
- Work with other departments to design, develop or redevelop training methods, tools and systems to ensure alignment with Great Danes Vision and Values.
- Analyze training requirements/data to inform and engage with internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate training and develop technical training deliverables.
- Schedule and deliver training activities including Train the Trainer and onsite technical training delivery.
- Maintain, manage and input training records in the Learning Management System.
- Verify and audit training certification for aftermarket stakeholders.
- Market and communicate program and training initiatives and materials.
- Handle customer information in line with data protection compliance
- Contribute to storyboarding, authoring and development of learning content and learning solutions, and write and edit educational content as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ experience in training deployment and management.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills – strong in verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare and deliver presentations at all levels.
- The ability to act in a customer centric manner with strong administrative and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Creativity to drive training activities.
- Microsoft Office product experience.
- Travel: Up to 60%
- Detail-oriented.
