What You'll Do as an Accounting Manager:

• Manage & Maintain Accounting Systems: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, budget, and project accounting; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Financial Reporting: Review, validate, and distribute financial statements.
• Month-End Close: Manage monthly closing of financial records and post-month-end information.
• Reconciliations & Journal Entries: Review reconciliations, post journal entries for various accounts, and maintain proper documentation.
• Balance Sheet Analysis: Prepare reconciliation schedules and analyze all balance sheet general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
• Teamwork & Support: Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and general ledger tasks to ensure accurate financial statements.

What You’ll Bring to the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA License (preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training).
• Prior experience with Lawson M3 accounting software (preferred but not required)
