Additional salary credit may be given for internal transfers and recent Greeley-Evans School District 6 rehires, up to $36.99 per hour


Contract Length/ Days: (2023-2024/260 Days)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

Preferred: JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective: As part of the Nutrition Services Department, assist Wellness Coordinator with the implementation of school wellness programs throughout Weld County School District 6 (WCSD6) including: student wellness, staff wellness, community partnerships, and other nutrition services and wellness related initiatives. Provide onsite school wellness team guidance and support including development, implementation and assessment of each site’s School Health Improvement Plan. Oversee implementation of the Student Wellness Policy through directing school wellness teams and chairing the district Student Wellness Committee.



Essential Functions: Supervisory Responsibilities: None


Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods of time, numerous distractions, visual, auditory and ambulatory acuity important. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
