Manufacturing Maintenance Tech. - (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts open) - Stratham, NH - $25/HR - $30/HR + $1,000-$3000 SIGN ON BONUS!! + EXCELLENT Benefits - Direct Hire!!

• 2+ Years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Preventative Maintenance, Service/Installation/Repair of Equipment, and/or Troubleshooting and Diagnostics.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Also, military experience with a mechanical discipline are often a good fit and are highly desired.

We have full-time, permanent/direct hire Manufacturing Maintenance Technician opportunities wit h Lindt in Stratham, NH working in a state-of-the-art plant that manufactures, packs, and ships CHOCOLATE! This position focuses on utilizing a variety of TPM tools and resources to identify improvement opportunities on the production lines. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks, conducting autonomous maintenance tasks, conducting minor repairs to the line, and working collaboratively with other departments to make an impact by improving Technical Efficiency and OEE. This role will also assist in the operation of manufacturing machines.
