We are currently seeking Production Workers for our Washington Operations. The Washington Specialty Plate Facility produces Finish Plate Products for a variety of end users. The facility includes a Rolling Mill, Anneal Lines, Shear and Plasma Cutting Units, Blast and Acid Pickle Lines, and an Inspection and Shipping Department. Ingot and slab stock are produced at ATI melting facilities and transferred to Washington for rolling and processing to final customer plate size and metallurgical requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab
• Work with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products. Some tasks require routine interaction with computer interfaces.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent & 1 year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or other industrial environment.

OR

• Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in electrical, mechanical or other related curriculum

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability and willingness to operate and/or maintain a variety of operating units.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member
• Strong reading and math skills with electrical & mechanical aptitude
