Express Logistics, Inc. (ELI) is in a huge growth mode and looking for motivated Account Executives (Inside Sales) to sell our services internally over the phone. Apply to join our growing team today! What we offer:

What does ELI do?  We sell a service. Our customers need to ship their products, and we work with trucking companies (the semi trucks you see on the road) to get the product from point A to point B. As an Account Executive, you’ll find and provide this service to your customer over the phone nationwide. We match up customers who need to move freight and drivers who need their trucks full.

What would you do all day?

• Cold calling (80+ calls a day) to find customers, leads provided
• Build, maintain, and strengthen healthy relationships with customers
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business to achieve personal and sales revenue goals
• Negotiate customer and carrier rates
• Manage leads from other customers, networking with external contacts, and solicit new sales by tracking and persistent follow through
• Provide customized solutions to customer unique freight needs
• Set up freight moves for your customers (we'll teach you how!)
• Continual training on the industry, software and sales processes

• $50k base salary plus uncapped commissions, incentives
