Our Senior Services Procurement Consultant is accountable for:
Experience in services procurement and statement of work program management and operations support to KellyOCG (Outsourcing and Consulting Group) global clients and programs.
Assist with scorecarding and supplier management activities
Establish and oversee cost management programs
Facilitate competitive bids, and complex negotiations
Interpret data, trends and analytics and formulate category recommendations to present to program teams
Support new supplier sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier onboarding activities
Essential Skills:
Minimum Education Required: BA/BS or equivalent experience in procurement, technical or business-related field;
Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills 5 years+ experience in Procurement or an Operations role working with Statements of Work
Experience procuring and/or managing IT services, labs, and engineering services
Experience supporting outsourced services engagements particularly for manufacturing and supply chain functions
Experience working in the high tech or telecom industries is preferred
Periodic client onsite presence will be required for the role. While the role will be virtual, the ideal candidate would be based in Arizona or Oregon and available to travel periodically to visit other client or Kelly sites. Work hours will require some flexibility to accommodate global time zones. However, primary work hours will be aligned to the Mountain/Pacific Time zones.
