We are currently seeking a dedicated Permit Coordinator to join our team in Naples, Florida. Our Permit Coordinators act as liaisons between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

What Will I Do?
- Pull permits
- Coordinate with the company, customer, and municipalities to ensure work is completed timely and within code
- Schedule and verify inspections
- Process purchase orders
- Assist with administrative tasks
Do I have What it Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year Administrative experience; Permitting experience a plus
- Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft office; Advance Excel skills a plus
