Consilium is looking for an organized, thorough Logistics Coordinator who will collaborate with other travel/hospitality vendors and Consilium teams to build long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate takes pride in the quality of his or her work and is excited to put that diligence to use for a company that connects understaffed medical facilities with qualified healthcare professionals. Above all, the Logistics Coordinator must consistently possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, an elevated level of customer service, a passion for problem-solving and tremendous organizational skills.
What You Bring You are a fast learner who completes tasks proactively and values open communication within a team setting. You are able to organize your tasks effectively and can manage the responsibility of handling important records for multiple accounts simultaneously. Your attributes include:

- Experience in office or customer service environment (experience in healthcare industry a plus)
Your Day-to-Day As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities each day will include extensive communication with physician partners, hospitality vendors (hotels, airlines, car rental agencies), and Consilium Account Managers to ensure that all necessary logistical processes are completed in a timely manner. You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities and work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the Logistics Coordinator can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment. On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:
- Communicate with physician candidates to clarify travel needs and specifications
- Communicate with hospitality vendors (hotels, airlines, car rental agencies) to coordinate provider travel
- Facilitate appropriate documentation
- Responsible for accurate entry of all pertinent information in company CRM
- Assist providers with compiling required documents and completing paperwork
- Partner with respective Consilium Account Management to ensure proper travel plans and costs are adhered to.
