Graphic Designer: starting rate $20/hour; part time available, 21 hours/week. Flexibility between hours of Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm.
If you LOVE utilizing your artistic talents to create designs for publications, promotional, and marketing materials to supports a variety of programs, THIS job is for you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or related) and two years professional experience or
- Associate’s degree in Graphic Design (or related) and three years professional experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), Microsoft Office Suite, and Contant Contact (or other digital/email platform). Experience in photography, fine art, digital graphics, CMS, or UX/UI a plus. A portfolio of work samples showing a wide range of creative products will be required.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Work cooperatively with other programs to design and compile artwork and layouts for broad range and digital marketing materials. ie: catalogs, booklets, forms, stationery, annual reports, signage, and more
- Support and promote all events, projects and campaigns in collaboration with supervisor.
- Design a variety of materials that effectively promote the Arc Herkimer brand and message.
