Job Description
- Accountable for all I.T. matters on the business projects
- SPOC for win-it, engineering, project teams
- Follow-up with the team (progress/issues/actions ongoing).
- Co-build business projects proposals and estimate the engineering and construction site cost along with manhours. Provide the relevant narrative to proposals and project teams.
- Create a motivating team environment.
- Validate all project procedures and important communications to project management.
- Participate in the implementation of new process and templates for our department.
- Report back any new requests or business processes to assess, implement and globalize.
- Help in the effort to harmonize project tools across the group and to communicate to IDS teams.
- Monitor Manhours spending and budget.
- Attend and exchange in regular meetings with the local IDS ambassador.
- Help escalate ongoing important issues on business projects.
- Ensure Cybersecurity and enterprise architecture processes and procedures are followed and implemented.
- Take part and help in the digitalization of processes on business project.
- Manage the team mobilization and workload forecast.
- Review and validate the teams' objectives and perform the annual appraisal.
Skills Required
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in Oil and Gas Engineering projects.
- I.T. Project Management
- ITIL knowledge
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills in English. Spanish desirable.
- Team and process-oriented spirit
- Solid oral and written communication skills in English. Spanish desirable.
- Energy Industry experience
- Knowledge of client business activities and organization
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerBI or equivalent reporting tool (nice to have)
- Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in I.T Management
- 2+ years of experience working in large-scale IT organizations.
- Experience managing multinational, multi-cultural teams (desirable).

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field (required).
