*Opportunities available throughout FL including Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Leesburg, and Ocala! The Commercial Insurance Advisor position generates new business production through the sale of Commercial Property/Casualty Insurance sales. Compensation consists of a base salary plus earned commission.

General Responsibilities:
Identify prospects for business from existing and prospective clients.
Maintain a consistently strong and active new business pipeline.
Develop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions at prospective clients.
Aggressively identify and pursue cross‐selling opportunities amongst existing clients.
Obtain referral leads from existing clients.
Participate in and taking leadership roles in targeted civic and professional associations.
Design individual prospect sales strategies and developing unique prospect programs.
Undertake initiative to create & break relationships, with a heavy focus on results; ability to take action & manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
Required Qualifications:
4‐year College Degree
Property & Casualty License
Prior sales experience
Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excels in collaborative team environment; Team player
Routine or periodic travel; which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position
