Job Title: Fine Dining Busser / Food Runner.

Job Description:

As a Fine Dining Busser, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our upscale restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to assist the servers and other staff members in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, as well as provide attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Setting and resetting tables according to restaurant standards before and after guests are seated.
2. Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to guests' tables.
3. Clearing and cleaning tables promptly and efficiently after guests finish their meals.
4. Refilling water glasses and breadbaskets as needed.
5. Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
6. Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
7. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and inquiries.
8. Assisting in other tasks such as polishing silverware, folding napkins, and restocking supplies as needed.
9. Adhering to all health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years experience working as a busser and runner in a fine dining establishment is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry trays and other items as needed.
8. A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality to guests.
