Are you passionate about forging new business relationships and providing exceptional service? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your proven relationship selling skills to identify opportunities, set sales strategies, and provide service support in the system trade. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be an integral part of our team, representing our company and communicating our compelling value proposition. Your efforts will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by expanding our customer base and enhancing our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Forge new business opportunities and secure new accounts
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling
Develop accounts by building relationships, expanding services, and increasing our presence
Solve business problems for customers with proven consultative selling skills
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Drive sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads, and assessing customer needs
Act as an active player within the Sales team
Represent our company and effectively communicate our value proposition
Build a pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities, pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers, and building account revenues of new and existing clients
Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required for our offering
Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and competitors
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications and sales progress, in the CRM system
Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the Restoration Services Industry or related fields
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working from a home office/remote setup
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
