Do you like meeting and talking to people? Do you enjoy helping solve problems? We have an agribusiness in western Indiana seeking someone to join their team as a retail crops salesperson. This career opportunity is a great way for you to get started in the exciting and ever-changing agribusiness industry.
This job is based in western Indiana, near Terre Haute. This role will not require you to report to a location. You will meet farmers and help them to solve their agronomic challenges and provide product solutions. You'll have access to an in-depth product line of chemistries, fertilizer, precision services, and seeds. This role is focused on sales.
The role is open due to a planned retirement and with it comes opportunities to advance to Branch Manager.
The company is open to the candidate they will hire. They will consider candidates who are experienced or have minimal experience. They are willing to provide training for the right individual. A degree, experience, and a farm background are important, but are not required. What is required is a willingness to show up for work, learn, and take an interest and passion in serving your customers.
Should you be hired, you'll receive a compensation package based on your previous experiences and successes. The company will provide a comprehensive list of benefits, vehicle, and cell phone reimbursement.
