Job description

One to One Home Health RN or LPN Needed W. Lebanon, NH We are currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized care for a young woman with a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) who communicates primarily through a computer device. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the health and well-being of our client while fostering meaningful connections through reading and communication. This young woman enjoys the outdoors. Join our team and make a difference in her life! The hours for this position are 8 am-10:30am and 2:30 pm-4 pm Monday through Friday (before and after school).. The rate of pay offered for this assignment is $29.00 to $40.00 an hour. Benefits

Job Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of working experience in the field within the last five years
• Home care experience preferred
• Trach & Vent experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
