Job Summary :
FAGE USA is looking for a System Administrator to join our team. Our system administrators manage all aspects of information technology to include antivirus, backups, email, file shares, physical access control, fax, web hosting, networking, servers, printers, telephones, hypervisors, etc. In addition to the normal business applications, we also support manufacturing facility specific software. We are primarily a Microsoft shop with some Linux.
We currently support multiple locations in the United States and Europe as well as a highly mobile sales team. Some of the services we provide have a global impact. You will participate in our “on-call” status to provide 24x7 support for the organization. Some travel is required to support remote offices.
A successful candidate will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Information Technology field and a strong knowledge of Cisco routers and firewalls. You must be able to configure Cisco VPN’s, Routers, and Switches. You must be a self-motivated individual who can work without direct supervision. We work in a constantly changing environment so the ability to learn new things is very important.
Working conditions are normal for an office and manufacturing environment. You will be required to work occasional evening and weekend hours to minimize disruption to business operations. You must be able to lift equipment up to 35 lbs. You must be able to access all areas of the facilities (i.e. climbing ladders, extensive walking).
