CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer for a TTO supporting the Corporate Reusable Software team (EndPoint Services). The position involves full life cycle design, development, testing, and documentation of policy-driven software. The focus will include the extension and customization of tools used for classification string validation and comparison for access control. Development is done on the Windows platforms in classified and unclassified environments leveraging .NET and C#.
Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications.
Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements.
Assist in the development of requirements for new tools and dashboards
Establish internal schedules and milestones
Serve as primary liaison to government leadership
Report weekly/monthly status in a timely manner
Create an update system documentation
Coordinate effort with all parties to include 3rd party vendors
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines.
10 years of System Engineering experience. An additional 5 years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 15 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing guidance on IT programs of various sizes.
Strong and effective communication skills
Capability to lead meetings and perform live and virtual Demos
Experience working collaboratively with 3rd party, Contractors, and the Government
Strong, familiarity with Microsoft Office product suite
Familiarity with Classification rules
Capable of developing high level documentation and guides
Strong, Time Management skills
Ability to understand and convey abstract concepts.
Working knowledge of testing, creating test plans, and performing various test cycles (ie: logic, end user, and performance)
Familiarity with cloud and serverside VMs, networking, and security protocols and best practices
