Role : Quality Analyst

Location : Livermore, CA - 94550-8808 or Orlando, FL 32810.

Duration : 6 Months on W2

Shift Timings : 8 AM to 5 PM



Job Description:
- Under the direction of the department management, the Quality Analyst will perform a variety of functions within Quality Assurance.
- Assists in establishing a library of appropriate messaging to be used in correspondence with regulators worldwide.
- This includes, but is not limited to: compiling language and reviewing and managing correspondence with the various teams responsible for responding to regulators regarding SJM products.
- Specifically, this correspondence is related to, but not limited to follow-up questions on vigilance reports and follow-up questions/ correspondence on-field actions (FSCAs). This role maintains this agreed-upon library of messaging for use as needed going forward and will partner with the individuals responsible for preparing the correspondences.



Note :
- 100% onsite.
- Candidates can be local to either Livermore, CA or Orlando, FL.
- FL site Location: 30 S Keller Rd Suite 100 Orlando, FL 32810.
- Will be reviewing billing and collections. Financial background or medical billing exp (5 years).
- Basic Microsoft skills.
- HS diploma or AA acceptable.
- A combination of edu/exp will work as long as they have the billing background.
- Potential to extend for the right candidate. Interviews will be virtual and consist of either one or two rounds depending on the candidates.
