Job description
Job Summary: This therapist position is in an energetic and dynamic team setting. All Saint Sophie's providers are
dedicated to the delivery of mental health care with an emphasis on treatment, prevention, and health
maintenance. Services can be provided in the clinic setting or by telemedicine.
Job Responsibilities of a therapist include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care through office therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Provide quality care by following the most current and evidence-based guidelines and procedures of practice.
- Keep timely and accurate patients records through the EHR. Submit charges in a timely manner according to clinic guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in monthly Peer Review Process, staff meetings, and Practice Development meeting
- Treat patients, staff, and other team members with dignity, respect, and kindness, to help contribute to positive atmosphere
- Ensure participation in continuing education and training
- Possess current and valid state licensure
- Have the ability to achieve high performance, working with diverse groups of people in a team environment
- Be passionate about rendering quality and compassionate service to patients and growing the Saint Sophie's Psychiatric Center
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Appropriate and active state licensure
- LPCC, LSCW, LMFT
