We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of IT to join the team and lead the strategic development and management of the IT infrastructure and systems. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & President, this role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the IT team. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the development of our IT infrastructure and systems to meet the needs of the business.
• Manage and deliver IT applications essential to all business functions.
• Develop, manage, and track the departmental budget.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive IT roadmap, including project objectives, prioritization, and implementation plans.
• Provide hands-on expertise in infrastructure, security, and business applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, with up to 5 direct reports.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal direction and evolving priorities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Exemplify self-awareness, integrity, authenticity, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and driving IT strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in infrastructure management, security protocols, and business application development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in ambiguity.
• Commitment to integrity, authenticity, and continuous personal and professional growth.
