Purpose
Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a 2025 graduate to hire as a New Product Launch Internto assist with NPL data management, NPL playbook creation and creation of operating procedures. The role will enable the applicant to gain familiarity with drug development and commercialization processes, new product launch project management and M&A integration processes.
Responsibilities:
• Create NPL and M&A Integration playbook.
• Create and maintain New Product Launch databases and trackers, such as Development milestones tracker, NPL launch tracker, NPL Forecast tracker updates, and Post launch commercialization tracker.
• Assist on critical launch or integration projects running at the time.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited US based University in any Science discipline.
• Ability to quickly grasp and learn about the work assigned by team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project.
*Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
