Job Title: Hiring for Project Manager (with K-12 experience)
Job Location: Hybrid Tacoma, WA
Salary: 100k - 140k or more depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our construction team to lead and manage projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for setting up the project plan, communicating the plan, and coordinating resources to ensure the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective way. You will be working with a team of highly-skilled professionals and must be able to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from start to finish. Your day-to-day duties will include developing project plans, ensuring deadlines are met, resolving any issues that arise, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Proficiency in K-12 construction is a plus.
