Job description

Myriad Hotel is hiring for a full-time Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Employee management including hiring, training, and terminations
• Positive style of customer service and engagement
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Ensures clean, safe, and consistent food preparation
• Schedules staff within labor budgets
• Oversees the financial performance of the store
• Conducts food and labor cost analysis
• Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge base on current trends
• Develops and manages ongoing safety and sanitation protocols
• Conducts daily and weekly reporting, and monthly P&L reconciliation
• Fully participates in company initiatives
• POS system management
• Participates in local marketing

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree)
• 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Restaurant experience a plus (fine dining)
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
