As a Receptionist for Bath Wizard® , you will be the face of all aspects of the company. Warmly greet interviewees and customers face to face and on the phone. We are looking for someone confident and charismatic who can instill trust in our customers and interviewees and provide them with insight and personality into our operations. We want someone who can help set us apart from the competition and give our company a unique perspective.

As the face of the company, you’re also the voice, you’ll be expected to deliver speeches, give compelling interviews, and talk to the camera when filming commercials. You should have a controlled, effective speaking voice to perform before an audience. You must always maintain a professional image and learn how to respond appropriately to criticism. A sense of humor helps in many situations.

What you will do:

- Create a welcoming environment for customers where you engage with them, share your knowledge and excitement about bathroom remodels, and make relevant recommendations.

- Ensure a vibrant office through the flawless execution of marketing basics, showing a commitment to presentation, and commerciality.

- Engage in conversation with every person that walks in. 

- Educate yourself continuously on products and the industry, supporting the knowledge of the company to give customers a great experience when they visit or call.

- Keep office neat and tidy, creating displays and ensuring the office is always inviting.

- Help with all events and community outreach

- Protect company policies

- Recognize and offer to help both customers and employees with urgency and care.

- Model expected behaviors to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
