Seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to join our team!

Plant Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $80,000.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of agricultural equipment manufacturing, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, equipment, and materials
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality control standards, and manufacturing best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production planning and monitoring.
