Responsibilities:
- Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
- Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals
- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
- Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing
- Guide and inspire a group of sales experts to surpass sales goals and excel in their performance
- Cultivate an encouraging and cooperative team atmosphere that promotes personal and professional growth
- Deliver outstanding customer service through establishing relationships, guaranteeing satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience
- Exhibit profound understanding of the jewelry sector, including current trends and available products
- Apply proven sales strategies to boost revenue and foster customer retention
- Support team members in expanding their knowledge of products and refining their sales techniques
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve smooth operations and deliver unparalleled customer experiences
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is essential
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
