A leading technology company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator . The successful candidate will be responsible for raising and tracking capital and expense POs. The ideal candidate has proficiency in Excel data entry and manipulation, including Plotting and Pivot Table skills. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!
Administrative Coordinator Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $23/hr
- Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Clara , CA 95054 - Onsite )
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the raising and tracking of capital and expense POs.
- Organize customer visits, events, and meetings for the site.
- Compile and generate department statistics for management review. These can be related to production or site data.
- Maintain/enforce clean office workspace for the comfort of the employees.
- Assist employees with IT/Office services to enhance their productivity.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must be adept at Excel data entry and manipulation. Plotting and Pivot Table skills will be necessary.
- Must be a self-starter, and be proactive in dealing with internal stakeholders and vendors/suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills are a key attribute.
