Sponsorship for this position is not available to new hires. Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions. Our Software Developer Advisor will work with a Team of Engineers to create innovative solutions using the latest SalesForce technology in support of Global Sellers. The position seeks developement experience with the SalesForce platform, object-oriented design, agile methodology and large relational data warehouse platforms (Teradata and Oracle). Ideally, the candidate would have UI/UX experience using HTML, CSS and Javascript. The candidate would work in a global environment with international Teams on highly complex systems that support strategic business needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR Bachelor’s degree and formal completion of a bootcamp certification and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR Bachelor’s degree and two years work experience in technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: Development experience with the SalesForce Platform (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Component Framework and SOQL/SAQL) Development/Analytical experience with SalesForce CRM Analytics (Dashboards, Dataflows, Recipes and External Data Connectors) Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools Experience working with Salesforce orgs in large enterprise environments Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills SalesForce Certified Developer Certification Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript, jQuery and/or Angular Development experience with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) Development experience with Python and/or .NET (with Python being highly desirable) Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Domicile: Position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
