Job Title: Finance Manager (Food Manufacturing) - RELOCATION AVAILABLE to Deming, NM
Job Location: ON-SITE - Full Time - Deming, NM
Salary: $100,000-$110,000 - Negotiable, depending on experience
Requirements: Accounting/Finance Degree, CPA/CMA preferred, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Manufacturing Experience

What You Will Be Doing

You will monitor and oversee financial reporting for this plant in Deming, NM. You'll prepare budgets, forecasts, analyze financial activities and performance against budget and recommend action as needed. You'll also collaborate and provide analysis, modeling, and business support to enable smart business decisions. You will perform/manage all aspects of the monthly close process to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance analysis.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA/CMA or license in progress, is preferred
- 4+ Years in FP&A experience, Manufacturing environment
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Cost Accounting, Variance Analysis
- Reporting, Budgeting experience
- SAP experience in manufacturing and cost accounting is also preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required
