Job Summary
Capture Automotive is looking for an experienced and organized Automotive Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. In this demanding and fast-paced role, you will assist our team in daily administrative tasks, update records, process transactions, and provide customer service support.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the accounts receivable/accounts payable process.
- Track and reconcile payments and transactions.
- Prepare and mail invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required, associate degree in accounting or business-related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of office administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Must be comfortable operating within an ever evolving and high-volume work environment.
