Job description
Job Summary
- Manage defect triage and resolution in partnership with business or support teams.
- Collect user feedback and feature requests to support the product roadmap.
- Document business requirements, release notes, workflows, processes, training materials, and technical alternatives for specific epics or feature sets.
- Draft agile epics and user stories; maintain backlog with high-quality stories, acceptance criteria, and current priority.
- Lead scrum ceremonies to ensure that there is clear understanding of the user stories to ensure accurate sizing and task breakdown to, maximizing team productivity.
- Partner with product management, engineering, user experience, and QA to deliver roadmap commitments on-time, on-scope, on-quality.

Qualifications - Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
Skills - Business Analysis (2 years of experience is required)
- JIRA (2 years of experience is required)
- confluence (2 years of experience is required)
- Agile Methodology (2 years of experience is required)
