We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various departments and ensure seamless coordination to optimize our operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing challenges, managing workflows, and supporting the team to achieve our objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, you will also play a pivotal role in handling special projects and resolving issues as they arise within the departments.

We are seeking a candidate who is not only experienced but also energetic and hands-on. You should be proactive in tackling problem loans and dedicated to finding effective solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, provided you are based in the United States and can meet our background check requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with department managers across disciplines such as Disclosures, Account Management, Sales, Underwriting, Closing, Post Closing, and Lock Desk to promptly and efficiently resolve issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to the team as needed.
- Maintain availability during designated hours for effective communication via phone and email, adhering to a set schedule.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage operations management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Wholesale lending.
- Profound expertise in Mortgage Compliance, Pricing, Disclosures, Closing, Doc Drawing, and Account Management.
- Familiarity with various lending types including VA, USDA, FHA, Conventional, and Non QM.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage processes, state and federal regulations, and wholesale loan origination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with LOS, preferably Lending QB.

Note: Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position does not require an NMLS license.

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
