Job description
Call Center Representative. The representative will be responsible for assisting customers with a variety of inbound inquiries about a product, scheduling service, new purchase orders, etc. This role offers paid, in-depth training to give the candidate an interactive experience for a successful long-term career with the company.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
- Answer customer questions regarding inquiries for parts, services and products, programs, and a variety of other general inquiries.
- Receive, investigate, and respond to high-volume inbound calls
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers while putting an emphasis on documentation, and quality customer service
- Understand company products and services to provide expert advice to customers or technical troubleshooting as needed
- Follow documented procedures related to orders, invoices, and quotes
Remote option after successful in-person training period! Requirements of the Call Center Representative:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years experience in a customer call center environment or prior customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus - all majors are encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
