Outpatient Pediatrician opening near Atlanta, GA
Located in Rome, GA
1 hour to Atlanta

1.) 100% Outpatient, office based work only. Excellent Work-Life balance.
2.) No C- Section. No ER visits. No hospital calls. No hospital rounds. No hospital work at all
3.) 1:8 Calls (most practices have 1:4 calls) Mommy Call only. Calls are first answered by Children's Health Care of Atlanta. Very light! No stress. No risk or liability of doing on call for hospital.
4.) Provide Care for 25-30 patients per day
5.) 5 days work week (Monday Friday)
6.) Work just Saturday per month (only from 9 am-1pm)
7.) No Sunday office work
8.) Approved site for Federal Loan Repayment Program
9.) Job stability: 4 years contract (longer available if desired)
10.) Mid-size city (100,000 county population). Close to everything. Just one-hour drive to Atlanta!
11.) Excellent Schools
12.) Low cost of living. Safe community. Cost of living index is only 85! (National average 100)
13.) Exceptional, very easy to use state of the art EMR (MacPractice) which allows to maintain fast
pace, stay efficient & productive without hassles or headaches.
14.) Dedicated nursing staff for giving shots etc. Providers dont have to do give their own shots.
15.) Dedicated billing department. Providers dont have to do their own billing or entering charges etc.
16.) Easy access to all Pediatrics subspecialist available to refer your patients.
17.) Provider needs to move and live in Rome.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
1.) Guaranteed base salary $200,000 PLUS several bonuses. This is not an income guarantee ( which is basically a loan). This is a guaranteed base salary. [When comparing compensation, please consider that we are a) Mid-size city with all amenities b) Very close to large metropolitan Atlanta c) Very low cost of living. 200K in Rome equals to $350K in California d) 1:8 Mommy calls filtered by dedicated staff e) No hospital work at all f) No risk, stress or liability of C-section, Emergency room on call) Stable, established single specialty practice with support system h) Long term job stability & security
2.) Guaranteed salary for all four years of the contract (not for the just first year)
3.) Guaranteed raise every year. No uncertainty.
4.) Generous individual productivity bonus- Based on clean, straightforward, & transparent method
5.) Plus, monthly team goal achievement group bonus ($250 - $500/month/per employee)
6.) Holiday bonus
7.) CME: AAP PREP Paid fully by the practice. Meets State of GA CME requirement. Online program.
8.) 401K with employer match dollar to dollar (most do dollar to 50 cents match) & vested immediately
9.) Malpractice Paid Fully. 1Million - 3Million Coverage - Claims Made
10.) 2 weeks total paid personal time off.
11.) 6 paid National holidays
12.) Paid Georgia State Professional License fee
13.) Paid DEA fees
14.) Potential up to $30,000 per year Loan Repayment Forgiveness Under Federal Program. (HRSA)
