Position Summary/Description:
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology seeks a candidate to join the laboratory of Professor Nicholas G. Brown. The focus of the research in this lab is to understand the system of inter- and intra-molecular interactions that dynamically regulate the catalytic mechanisms of enzymes to precisely time the events of the cell cycle.
The Research Technician will function as a lab technician to support research efforts by purifying multiprotein complexes. In addition, this individual will assist students or post-docs with basic experimental analyses as determined appropriate by the principal investigator.Education and Experience:
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
