Job description
The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support the ideation, planning, development, and successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Atlantic Health System. This includes project planning, and establishing and maintaining milestones and timelines. The ideal candidate will also have strong understanding and experience with integrated marketing principles, health care consumer behavior and dynamic creative and content development.
Responsibilities
- Support ideation, planning and implementation of omni channel marketing campaigns that help drive traffic and awareness for Atlantic Health System.
- Work cross-functionally, including with digital, social, public relations, strategy partners, etc., to assist in the development of campaign plans and align on organizational business needs, goals, and objectives.
- Coordinate with external resources (agency support and freelancers) and internal partners to establish and maintain timelines.
- Maintain calendar across multiple campaigns and track project progress and milestones; help to cascade go-live dates to cross-functional teams in a timely manner; serve as a point of contact for campaign.
- Assist with campaign strategy, customer journey, creative asset review and content development, as needed. Coordinate campaign activations in collaboration with channel leads.
- Understand creative for different platforms and audience segments, maintain brand consistency. Be able to write copy across digital, print and other channels.
- Compile and integrate consumer insights to support campaign strategies.
- Understand key campaign metrics and analyze information to track success and proactively make recommendations to optimize campaign, channel and tactical performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and manage presentations to share insights and progress with key partners and marcomm team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing or branding
- Strong understanding of health care consumer behavior
- Experience with project management tools (Hive)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
