Job description
Description:
- Performing kettle and holding tank washouts compliant with the requirements of the department and/or formula.
- Recording raw material requirements, lot/batch numbers, and consumed quantities on required paperwork and container labels.
- Submitting samples of formula and raw materials to the QC for testing and approval.
- Ensuring formula batches meet required spec’s by following the Production Order Instructions and procedures and processes within the respective Compounding Departments.
