Trillium has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Manager in El Paso! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!


If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”! This role is responsible for developing new business in Western Texas, Eastern New Mexico, and Juarez.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Report to the Branch Manager onsite initially, then remotely
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- 70% of this job is travel


Compensation:
- $55,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $50,000 the first year
- Six months only: Guaranteed commission of $2,000 per month

Qualifications:
- Prior experience with mechanical products and a strong mechanical aptitude is required
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience is a plus
- Must have a valid passport for travel to Juarez, Mexico as part of the sales territory
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
