Job description
Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for the AMG Operations Directors. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the operational concepts to help organize meetings with outside vendors and internal teams. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
Answers and direct phone calls
Other duties as assigned
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area.
Preferred:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
