Job description

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for the AMG Operations Directors. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the operational concepts to help organize meetings with outside vendors and internal teams. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Principal Accountabilities:

Answers and direct phone calls

  1. Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments
  2. Maintains contact lists
  3. Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  4. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  5. Develops and maintain a filing system
  6. Orders office supplies
  7. Books travel arrangements
  8. Submits and reconciles expense reports.
  9. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  10. May research and create presentations.
  11. Generates reports
  12. Handles multiple projects.
  13. Prepares and monitors invoices.

Other duties as assigned

Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Administration or relevant area.

Preferred:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
