Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expert knowledge of various cruise lines destinations and travel packages to assist clients in selecting the perfect cruise experience tailored to their preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing personalized recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have throughout their journey.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the cruise industry and continually update your knowledge of new destinations onboard activities and travel regulations to provide clients with accurate and uptodate information.
- Manage the entire booking process including coordinating reservations processing payments and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cruise line representatives and other travel partners to secure the best possible rates and exclusive offers for your clients.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
- Laptop and/or Smartphone Required.
