Job description

MDVIP, based in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Healthcare Referral Coordinator to  provide administrative support and assistance for the Medical Centers of Excellence (MCE) Program by facilitating communication, compiling necessary documentation, and communicating with the member and other approved parties. Additional duties include varying administrative support functions, customer service excellence which includes an emphasis of adhering to high quality and compliance standards set by regulatory bodies and in accordance with departmental standards.

Coordinator Responsibilities:

Education / Experience / Knowledge :

Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year College or university and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years of related experience equals one year of schooling.

Computer Proficiency:

Corporate office role: As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office. This role may be eligible for a hybrid in office/work from home schedule based on department needs after 90 days of employment.
