Teach undergraduate and/or graduate Nursing courses in online, hybrid and on-campus modes, primarily in the Psychiatric DNP and Advanced Certificate Psychiatric programs, in a student-centered teaching environment within an evidenced based practice setting.
Engage in scholarship and service commitments.
Maintain an active professional Nursing practice.
Engage in professional or academic activities in campus-based, local, regional or broader communities in an effort to make a positive impact and advance the recognition and reputation of the College and SUNY Poly.
Be actively involved in student advising and mentoring, assessment and assurance of learning, curriculum design and revision, as well as committee services at all levels of the Institute.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree or ABD or DNP in Psychiatric Nursing from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized organization.
Doctoral candidates must demonstrate a reasonable expectation of completing the DNP of PhD within one year of employment.
Certification:
National certification as a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner.
NYS License of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
