Title: Sr Cloud Architect - Amazon Connect

Location: Remote

contract position

They want to hire contractors for the senior and mid-level AWS Connect roles. Can you all do some searches and let me know if you have candidates that specifically have the experience. Ideally, this experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience in building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect and configuration and implementation of the Amazon Connect Platform

We have roles open for the Senior Devs, for the Architects, and for the Mid-Level Devs.

100% remote

Amazon Connect is an AWS cloud customer contact center service. Amazon Connect enables customer service representatives to respond to phone calls or chat inquiries from end customers just as if the contact center infrastructure was set up and managed on premises.

InterVision Company is seeking an Sr Cloud Architect - Amazon Connect that would be responsible for architecting complex cloud-based solutions, selling these solutions, and leading the delivery of these solutions to clients. This role is an exciting blend of solution shaping, sales and delivery with compensation benefits associated with successful execution across all phases. This leader will be working with one of several Principal Architects in a mid-sized, geographically distributed Cloud Services delivery organization with engineers and clients located globally. Our Sr Cloud Architect will be working with client leaders and engineers establishing trusted relationships as part of ongoing solution and delivery efforts with the client. This individual will work with InterVision sales teams as well as leading InterVision solutions architects and engineers throughout the solutioning and delivery process. They will work with solutions based entirely on public cloud architectures with the underlying rationale for architecture decisions that are based on industry standards (e.g., AWS Well Architected Framework). This team member will discover, assess, mobilize, and execute client migrations and will be expected to bring forward ideas on how to use the latest public cloud service offerings to optimize environments, reduce technical debt, and minimize operating cost. Having an automation-first focus in the implementation and maintenance of client delivered solutions will be essential.

Well-rounded professional background in IT Operations

2+ years of hands-on experience in building call flows and IVR within AWS Connect and configuration and implementation of the Amazon Connect Platform

Working knowledge and experience with the following AWS Services: Comprehend, Connect, DynamoDB, Kinesis Data Stream, Kinesis Video, Lambda, Lex, S3, Transcribe, Polly, Sales Force

Intimately involved in numerous end to end cloud projects.

Working knowledge of application architectures, software development tools, and methodologies.

Staying current with emerging technology trends.

History of successful technical consulting, and architecture engagements with numerous customers simultaneously.

Experience with virtual network design, delivery and troubleshooting in AWS

Experience with assessing, applying, and complying with AWS Well Architected Framework

Hold active AWS Associate certifications

Experience managing AWS environments, including tasks such as environment architecture design, automation, network engineering, security, storage, systems administration, monitoring, incident response, configuration management, etc.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management languages, such as: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK, Azure RM Templates, Ansible, or similar

Experience using discovery and migration tools such as Migration Evaluator and CloudEndure

Strives to meet all team deadlines and fulfill responsibilities; listens to others and values opinions, promotes a team atmosphere

Desirable Qualification:

Experience with the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)

AWS Professional and/or Specialty certifications

Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge

Salesforce knowledge

AWS CDK

Experience with Workforce Management solutions (Calabrio, etc..)

Experience working with outbound dialers, campaign management

Experience with automated testing and quality monitoring tools that interface with Amazon Connect

Some of the exciting work you will solution and deliver:

Migrate, Modernize and deploy customer call centers to the Amazon Connect platform

Architect and design third party integrations with Amazon Connect

Develop feature functionality for Amazon Connect

Work internally to improve and develop products and services related to Call Center as a Service primarily operated by Amazon Connect.

Explore and evaluate leading edge technologies for integration into customer environments

Solution, migrate and optimize customer workloads from on-premise environments into AWS

Solution, design, and modernize customer workloads and/or design and deploy new customer applications in AWS

Design and deploy enterprise class security, network, and systems management solutions within AWS

Design and implement availability, scalability, and performance plans for AWS managed service environments; Continually re-evaluate existing stack and infrastructure to reduce costs while maintaining optimal performance, availability, and security.
