YOUR DAY-TO-DAY FOR A RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
As a crucial member of our food service team, you play a vital role in ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and smoothly. You provide support to the management team during your assigned shift, ensuring high-quality service production and maintenance. Your responsibilities include cost control, inventory control, labor control, and cash control, and you maintain accountability for all aspects of the restaurant's daily operation.
When our general manager is unavailable, you step in and take charge of the daily operations. You motivate and coach team members and assist in training new ones. Your top priority is to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service, with fast, accurate, and delicious food.
