Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide excellent customer service to our customers. The position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues and provide product support
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers
• Track and follow up on customer inquiries and issues
• Work with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed
