Job Title: AWS Data engineer (Onsite) Work Location: Plano, TX Job Summary Seeking an experienced Architect with 6-9 years of experience in Python and AWS EMR. Nice to have skills include Amazon Redshift Apache Spark AWS IAM and more. Domain skills in Cards & Payments and Payments are a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities - As an Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using Python and AWS EMR.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Additionally you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Analyzing and finding any impacts that technical changes may have on migration effort or business needs.
- Performing continuous research on emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and to improve the existing architectures for clients.
- AWS Solution Architect Certification 8+ years of hands-on experience in big data tools infrastructure and related tech

6 to 9 years of experience Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 03/07/2024
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
