Join our well-established team as a highly motivated and passionate Part-time Optometrist!
As the right candidate, you will provide routine eye exams and a broad range of treatments related to ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, inflammatory eye disease, and dry eye syndrome to patients within a nursing home located in New Rochelle, NY.
Some duties include:
Performing routine comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts, dilated exams; providing diabetic evaluations; treatment of infection and injury; repairing eyesight with eyeglasses; proficiently diagnosing/treating ocular disease while also feeling comfortable working with geriatric populations.
Requirements include:
Being available 1-2 days per week, while possessing valid OD/DO license in New York state along with Board Certification -quickly acclimating oneself to new environments would be ideal.
